Brazilian players once again shone brightest on Monday’s (13) action-packed PokerStars online felts, when a large number of Brazilians finished in the money. The “msilveira11” account captain was the series’s shining moment in Bounty Builder.
Event #71 ($215 Sunday Million SE) was decided when he and compatriot Gustavo Garrocho “gustavogar55” reached the final table. Of of 5,779 total players, “msilveira11” finished in fifth place, winning $26,734, while Garrocho finished in seventh place, winning $14,275.
In addition, the Brazilian grinder “HakkaZilla” won Event #80-H, a $530 Bounty Builder High Roller SE. He beat out 243 other players and took home a cool $23,391.
The US$11 Sunday Storm had 12,398 entrants, and Igor Conte “igortconte” and “vinicin kbc” of Brazil made a tidy double. Winner and runner-up received $15,649 and $11,146, respectively.
